Here are some scans of a couple of the screenprinted cards I made. It was a lot of fun to make these and work with limited palettes. I definitely think over the course of the semester my ink mixing and sense of creating graphic shapes improved.
From a month ago, but I forgot to upload these so I figured I would while I’m at it. :)
All of these things can be found in beautiful BC! I was inspired by mid-century posters and hand guides.
Chamomile Tea- Ink
Fun illustration to make and I’m happy with how it turned out, there’s nothing more relaxing than a hot cup of tea!
Made for Rain City Illustration’s upcoming Blue Show at the Ayden Gallery in Vancouver. It’s one night only (March 31st).
Composition Book 7x25
A silkscreen for one of my classes with a couple of details. We had to create a 5 panel narrative using an inanimate object so I chose a book. :>
This is the unfolded version- but it’s meant to be an accordion style zine.
